Established in 2010, Cow Brand Colour Coated Steel has become Abul Khair Steel’s signature product in the premium colour-coated steel segment. Crafted with advanced technologies from the USA, the Netherlands, and Australia, it has remained a benchmark of excellence since its inception.

This high-performance pre-painted steel is fortified with zinc and aluminium-zinc coatings, ensuring exceptional durability and long-lasting structural elegance. Produced on a world-class coil processing line from Bronx International and enhanced with oven-cured colour coating technology from FATA Hunter Inc., it offers robust protection against UV rays, corrosion, chipping, peeling, staining, and fading.

Using superior paints from AkzoNobel, PPG & Srisol, each sheet undergoes an eight-layer coating process, complete with metallic layers, primers, chromate treatments, and dual-sided colour coating. A crystal-clear resin finish safeguards the surface from scuffs and marks, while its heat-reflective properties help maintain cooler interiors.
